📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and recommend optimization through process redesign, automation, and AI-enabled solutions • Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions to elicit and document user stories, use cases, and functional/non-functional requirements • Identify opportunities to streamline processes using low-code automation and AI-assisted solutions • Build and test AI-enabled workflows under supervision with humans kept in the loop • Refine prompts, workflows, and automation logic based on feedback and performance data • Track cost avoidance, time saved, error reduction, and adoption metrics • Use evidence and feedback to recommend improvements and next steps • Apply responsible AI, data privacy, and governance standards • Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify standard system processes through real-time data evaluation • Determine and develop user requirements for production systems to ensure maximum usability • Maintain partner relationships for optimized systems integration and respond to managers’ and executives’ questions with research and recommendations • Create BRDs, FRDs, use case specifications, process models, workflow diagrams, and prototypes • Work with IT Architects, AI Delivery and other technical teams, and vendors to design feasible solutions • Evaluate Convatec systems and propose improvements or new solutions • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and testers for successful project delivery • Serve as thought leader for technical business processes and develop systems prototypes to improve efficiency and productivity • Perform, evaluate, and communicate quality assurance throughout systems development • Assist with test planning and development of test cases • Participate in UAT and ensure solutions meet business expectations

• Customer-first mindset • Curiosity about AI, automation, and digital technologies, and how they can improve day-to-day work • Ability to bridge communications between business and technical teams • Fluency in written and spoken English, including the ability to summarise complex information • A structured, analytical mindset and a genuine interest in how businesses work • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work within defined standards and controls • High-level of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to self-organise • Capacity to balance priorities and workloads • Ability to facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders in order to challenge and refine requirements • Flexible and agile mindset with the ability to work across different team functions and projects • Experience of working in a global business environment • Experience in the Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical Industry • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field • 3+ years experience working as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role • Experience using Generative AI and refining prompts (Copilot or similar) • Understanding of AI-assisted business analysis techniques • Familiarity with prompt and agentic design, testing and optimization • Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, and human-in-the-loop controls • Familiarity in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, prototype/wireframes and user journey flows) • Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and convey technical information clearly • Experience with data analysis, SQL, or business intelligence tools • Experience in SAP/SAP S/4HANA, QMS, PLM, MES, or CRM systems is valued • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or relevant other professional certifications desirable • English required for speaking, writing, and reading • CV must be submitted in English
