📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong quality partnerships with suppliers to ensure high standards of performance and compliance • Monitor supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Support supplier selection, evaluation, qualification, and approval processes • Lead and support investigations of supplier-related quality issues, non-conformances (NCs), and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) • Plan and conduct supplier audits and follow up on corrective actions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders worldwide to address quality-related challenges • Identify potential risks and support compliance with regulatory and quality requirements within the medical device industry • Work in accordance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP, and EU MDR • Analyze quality data and trends to improve supplier performance and product quality • Contribute to continuous improvement, customer focus, and operational excellence • Support additional quality-related activities as required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Supplier Quality or Quality Assurance • A background in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry • Hands-on experience with quality investigations, NCs, CAPAs, and supplier corrective actions • Knowledge of supplier audits and supplier quality management • Familiarity with ISO 13485 and medical device regulations • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working with systems such as SAP, TrackWise, Documentum, or similar tools • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach • Bachelor's, Engineering, or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field • Good understanding of quality management systems and quality standards • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
