📋 Description
• Managing donor data and communications. • Leveraging the Salesforce platform to generate strategic data reports. • Coordinating donor outreach communications. • Executing targeted email campaigns to support fundraising and engagement objectives. • Pulling requested reports for email campaigns as needed. • Preparing and sending mass emails to donors and/or prospects. • Preparing portfolio reports as requested by development officers. • Unsubscribing contacts who wish to be removed from the email or mailing list. • Reviewing list of bounced or undelivered emails and researching correct replacement emails. • Other related duties, as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong research and analytical skills. • Self-starting attitude with high attention to detail. • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce. • Proficiency in Microsoft products and Google Workspace.
