Lead your team to identify and resolve trade-offs and blockers. • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and align program objectives with overall company goals and objectives. • Help management forecast and mitigate potential capacity issues and define resourcing models to meet our strategic goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred). • Proven experience in technical program management, with a minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience. • Strong understanding of technology, software development, and project management methodologies. • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Strategic thinker with a track record of successfully aligning technology initiatives with business goals. • Proficiency in program management software and tools.
