📋 Description

• Actively manage and supervise a portfolio of predominantly primary first party and third-party cyber claims with responsibility for end-to-end adjudication processes, including analyzing liability and damages issues • Analyze insurance coverage issues and draft coverage letters and other correspondence • Confidently navigate in both primary and excess insurance claim environments • Collaborate with customers and brokers to achieve the most advantageous claim resolution • Work quickly with external counsel and specialized vendors to assist customers in responding to cyber incidents • Provide high level analysis of claims portfolio results to the business and identify and analyze claim trends • Review, support and assist in developing policy wordings and tailored solutions for clients • Liaise with Actuarial, Finance and Risk Management colleagues to share information in the management of claims, clients and risks • Represent and promote Converge at industry conferences, client events and professional society functions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Cyber and Tech E&O experience • University degree or equivalent, J.D. not required but highly desirable • A Legal or technical background would be ideal • You can demonstrate working knowledge of Cyber insurance markets • Strong analytical, negotiation and influencing skills • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Self-starter requiring minimal supervision • Energized by working in a highly collaborative environment • The role may include up to 10% travel
