📋 Description
• Call and text warm leads from web forms, TV, and other channels • Follow structured scripts and flows • Ask qualifying questions about the property, decision makers, and timelines • Use systems to book, confirm, and document appointments accurately • Hit clear targets for: calls handled, talk time, and Qualified Appointments set • Take coaching, listen to call recordings, and improve a little every week
🎯 Requirements
• Live in one of these states: MS, AL, LA, TX, FL, GA, TN, OK, AR, SC, NC (or moving to one in the next 30 days) • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Quiet, private workspace at home • Reliable high‑speed internet and a modern computer • Comfortable working evenings/weekends as part of your schedule • Comfortable with your calls being recorded and monitored for training and compliance
🏖️ Benefits
• Paid training at $16/hour (remote) • $600/week ramp guarantee , tied to minimum hours + basic performance • 100% commission per Qualified Appointment you set, with no cap
