📋 Description

• Act as technical lead for backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot; • Define and evolve microservices architecture and event-driven systems; • Model data in relational and non-relational databases; • Propose and implement integration patterns using Apache Kafka; • Ensure engineering best practices such as clean code, testing, observability, and security; • Serve as a technical reference for defining architectural standards and strategic decisions; • Mentor technical teams and disseminate best practices; • Define cloud standards and CI/CD pipelines; • Support roadmap decisions, technical debt management, and structural improvements; • Develop and automate intelligent agents based on AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with backend development in Java (17+) and Spring Boot; • Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture; • Knowledge of messaging with Apache Kafka; • Experience with Oracle and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis); • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or OCI); • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines; • Familiarity with software engineering best practices; • Hands-on experience with automation of AI agents; • Experience with AI-driven development; • Ability to act as a cross-functional technical reference.
