📋 Description

• Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution and governance; • Create and monitor schedule, project plan, status reports and risk plan; • Oversee Salesforce workstreams, integrations, data, migration, testing and deployment; • Monitor dependencies with internal teams, Salesforce and third-party vendors; • Support governance rituals, executive follow-up and change control; • Contribute to adherence to scope, schedule, quality and acceptance criteria;

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management, leading end-to-end CRM and Salesforce initiatives. • Focus on planning, governance, executive communication and dependency management in complex environments. • Project management experience, preferably in complex corporate environments. • Hands-on experience in Salesforce or enterprise CRM projects. • Experience with Service Cloud, integrations and data migration. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and hybrid governance. • Knowledge of Process Management and Process Analysis. • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
