📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents to identify testing requirements and automation opportunities. • Design, develop, and maintain automated integration and end-to-end test suites using Playwright and TypeScript. • Establish test strategies, automation standards, and quality engineering best practices. • Validate complex business workflows, system integrations, APIs, and user interfaces. • Collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture teams to ensure testability and quality throughout the software development lifecycle. • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes. • Investigate defects, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations to development teams. • Lead and coordinate testing activities performed by contractor resources assigned to projects. • Assess contractor performance, technical capabilities, and quality of deliverables. • Conduct technical evaluations and interviews for proposed contractor resources. • Recommend staffing adjustments, resource substitutions, and skill alignment based on project needs and performance. • Mentor and guide test engineers to improve delivery quality and consistency. • Establish productivity, quality, and automation standards for contractor teams. • Serve as the primary point of contact for quality engineering delivery and resource effectiveness. • Provide regular status reporting, risk assessments, and recommendations to project leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience developing automated tests using Playwright. • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern web application testing. • Demonstrated ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into automated test scenarios. • Experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, or coordinating contractor resources. • Strong understanding of API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing strategies. • Experience working within Agile development environments. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
