📋 Description

• Work on building, evolving, and governing the data layer of the Salesforce ecosystem. • Support Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Agentforce initiatives. • Structure and govern Salesforce Data Cloud as the primary platform for data consolidation, modeling and consumption. • Ensure integration of information from different sources, including Salesforce and AWS environments. • Build a scalable, secure, insight-driven data architecture. • Enable data consumption through management dashboards, intelligent automations and AI-based solutions. • Configure, administer and evolve Salesforce Data Cloud as the central data and analytics layer. • Define processes for ingestion, transformation and provisioning of data for different platform consumers. • Implement and manage Data Streams and Data Pipelines for integration of structured and semi-structured data. • Develop scalable data models using native Salesforce Data Cloud features. • Implement profile unification and identity management strategies. • Create and maintain Calculated Insights to generate operational metrics, usage indicators and advanced analyses. • Configure integrations with external services using REST APIs. • Integrate and consume data from AWS platforms such as S3 and Lambda. • Implement real-time events using Salesforce Platform Events and the Streaming API. • Build executive and operational dashboards using CRM Analytics and Lightning Dashboards. • Create and manage custom objects, fields, relationships and data structures in Salesforce. • Develop automations using Apex and Flow Builder. • Ensure data security, governance and traceability standards. • Prepare and contextualize data consumed by AI and Agentforce solutions. • Produce technical and functional documentation for implemented solutions. • Collaborate with Architecture, AWS, Agentforce, Development and QA teams.

• Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud. • Implementation and administration of Data Streams. • Configuration of Data Pipelines. • Data modeling and information governance. • Profile unification and identity resolution. • Creation of Calculated Insights. • Structuring analytical layers and business metrics. • Experience with Salesforce Platform Events. • Knowledge of the Streaming API. • Development and customization of Salesforce objects. • Creation of Custom Objects, Custom Fields and relationships. • Development of automations using Apex and Flow Builder. • Integration with REST APIs. • API consumption and exposure. • Integration with AWS environments. • Knowledge of ingesting data from S3, Lambda and other external sources. • Experience in data- and analytics-driven projects. • Experience building dashboards using CRM Analytics, Lightning Dashboards and advanced Salesforce Reports. • Definition and monitoring of KPIs and adoption metrics. • Knowledge of LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and data protection best practices. • Access control based on profiles and permissions. • Encryption and traceability of sensitive data. • Data governance and quality. • Experience in initiatives involving Generative AI, Salesforce AI or Agentforce. • Ability to structure and contextualize data for use in prompts, intelligent automations and AI-based analyses.
