📋 Description

• Senior-level SRE professional with experience on AWS. • Address root causes — not just symptoms. • Automate all repetitive tasks. • Minimize manual operations as much as possible. • Use data to make decisions (not opinions). • Respond to critical incidents, focusing on permanently eliminating recurrence. • Deeply investigate problems (real debugging, not workarounds). • Develop automations and tools (e.g., Python, .NET, scripts, CI/CD pipelines). • Improve observability with a proactive and predictive approach. • Reduce toil to near zero. • Influence squads to build systems that are resilient by design. • Use data (metrics, logs, historical records) for prioritization and decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in SRE / critical production environments • Background in software development (Python, .NET or similar) • Investigative mindset: enjoys deeply understanding problems • Experience with AWS and distributed systems • Hands-on with automation / Infrastructure as Code • Knowledge of observability (metrics, logs, tracing) • Data-driven mindset (makes decisions based on evidence) • Mindset: "if I did it twice, it should be automated"
