📋 Description

• Serve as the technical reference for the development team. • Work together with the Solution Architect to evaluate solutions and modernization strategies. • Analyze legacy applications and support the definition of the best technologies for evolving or migrating systems. • Evaluate the pros and cons of different languages, frameworks and architectures for each business context. • Lead technical discussions, refinement sessions and implementation decisions. • Support the team in developing scalable, resilient, high-quality solutions. • Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, code quality and architecture. • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring to developers. • Participate in the technical design of solutions and support effort estimation and planning. • Resolve complex technical impediments. • Contribute to the definition and evolution of development, observability, integration and security standards. • Actively participate in digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives. • Support the migration/evolution of applications to Azure cloud environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer or Senior Software Engineer. • Experience providing technical leadership to development teams. • Ability to make technical decisions and guide teams in complex environments. • Multilanguage development experience. • Strong experience in at least three of the following technologies: Java (Spring Boot), C#/.NET, Node.js/TypeScript, Python, JavaScript. • Modern architecture, microservices, REST APIs, distributed architectures, design patterns, SOLID, Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD). • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. • Knowledge of: Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management, Azure Monitor, DevOps, Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes concepts, SQL Server, Oracle or PostgreSQL databases, and NoSQL databases.
