📋 Description

• Lead National Pricing & Quoting Strategy • Own national pricing programs for data center grey space projects across multiple regions • Develop and manage detailed quotes for large-scale electrical scopes • Build standardized pricing models, labor assumptions, and BOM structures • Partner with manufacturers to negotiate pricing, rebates, and supply agreements • Ensure competitive positioning while maintaining margin expectations • Act as a senior point of contact for national data center customers and contractors • Support pre-bid meetings, scope alignment, and high-level customer discussions • Guide internal teams on pricing strategy and technical requirements • Collaborate with field teams and operating companies to support project delivery • Provide technical guidance on material selection and substitutions • Troubleshoot supply chain, logistics, and coordination challenges • Drive Vendor Strategy & Standardization • Promote standardization of materials across projects and customers • Identify value engineering and prefabrication opportunities • Support long-term vendor relationships aligned with growth

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in project management, estimating, or quoting environments • Proven success leading large-scale electrical or data center-related projects • Experience supporting national accounts and multi-site deployments • Strong background working with contractors, engineers, and building owners • Experience reading drawings and performing material take-offs • Demonstrated success in pricing strategy and financial ownership of projects • Deep knowledge of electrical distribution and data center grey space systems • Strong commercial and pricing strategy acumen • Ability to interpret construction drawings and build detailed material quotes • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Vendor negotiation and relationship management • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
