âą Provide personal, telephone and digital consultation and support to our customers for enquiries and concerns âą Technically proficient handling of customer enquiries, independently developing solution proposals and preparing quotations âą Actively sell, promote and implement our Sonepar-specific sales concepts âą Process incoming customer orders and ensure continuous follow-up of quotations and project tracking âą Collaborate with our experienced and successful sales team âą Acquire new customers and build and maintain long-term customer relationships
âą Completed technical vocational training with several years of professional experience in wholesale, or a comparable qualification with several years of proven experience in the technical wholesale sector and solid knowledge of electrotechnical products and environments âą Enthusiasm and an affinity for solution-oriented sales of electrotechnical products and services âą Strong customer orientation, enjoyment in customer service, assertiveness, decision-making ability and resilience âą Confident use of MS Office applications and CRM systems; knowledge of SAP is desirable
