📋 Description
• Delivering training sessions on systems, processes, and tools such as CargoWrite, SQL, and automation solutions. • Supporting project-based training initiatives, including system migrations and client implementations. • Simplifying complex topics and tailoring content to different audiences. • Collaborating with local trainers and acting as a bridge across cultures and languages. • Managing group dynamics effectively and ensuring participants are engaged.
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, hospitality, or a related field • Min 1–3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin or another APAC language is a plus • Strong presentation skills and confidence in front of groups • Patience, integrity, and a people-focused mindset • Ability to understand processes, quickly grasp systems, and solid knowledge of MS Office • Willingness to travel extensively
