📋 Description
• Serve as the primary contact to plan and execute internal and external communications programs • Represent Asia in collaboration with Global Communications Team • Serve as the chief editor of the internal company’s online platform in Asia • Serve as the Center of Excellence in Asia • Work closely with key stakeholders to drive and execute corporate communications initiatives • Collaborate with HR Team on talent acquisition and retention • Create, edit and review communication materials • Build and maintain media relations • Plan and execute digital communications and social media programs • Support crisis communications to protect the company's reputation
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Language, or Business Management, or a related field • Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 15 years of working experience in corporate communications, internal communications or public relations in B2B and multinational environments • Relevant experience in developing and implementing regional communications plan across Asia • Exceptional English writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences • Proficiency in one or more Asian languages is a plus • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills • Strategic mindset, strong ability to comprehend complex information into clear narratives • High level of cultural awareness and ability to collaborate effectively across geographies • Strong project management skills with attention to detail • Proactive and agile, committed to continuous learning • Able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team-oriented environment
