📋 Description

• Own the ChefTech product surface and lead the direction of the ChefOS Platform • Set the roadmap and OKRs for chef onboarding, recipe and product activation, the Chef Portal, and the chef mobile app • Own products end to end from problem definition through launch, adoption, and iteration • Partner with Engineering and Design to build and improve chef business tools • Conduct chef interviews, surveys, and ongoing conversations to understand needs and product gaps • Define a unified chef platform and build the multi-quarter plan to connect separate chef tools • Make the case for platform investments and secure resources • Develop a modular, white-label platform offering for restaurants and food businesses • Set strategy for undefined problems and frame ambiguous problems for organizational execution • Build prototypes to test ideas early and use AI across prototyping, drafting, research, and analysis • Own measurable outcomes including onboarding speed, recipe-to-menu flow, tool adoption, and business support • Define success metrics before development and report progress, risks, and results to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a platform or several connected product lines rather than a single feature area • A track record of 0-to-1 work: taking on large, undefined problems and setting direction where there was none • Experience leading complex, multi-team programs that required aligning and influencing teams you didn't own • Product judgment that senior stakeholders trust as an input to strategy • Ability to break down big, ambiguous problems and give others a way to reason about them • Excellent communication across engineering, operations, and executive audiences, including turning cross-team conflict into decisions that hold • Comfortable using AI tools in your product work, with a habit of experimenting to work faster and better • This role requires regular in-person travel to the US • Bonus: experience with operational, supply chain, marketplace, or B2B platform products, or packaging an internal platform into a product for external customers
