📋 Description

• Join a dynamic team at the forefront of reproductive genetics • Determine initial and ongoing suitability for a gamete donor program • Elicit, evaluate, and document complex donor applicant family medical histories • Review and interpret genetic testing results • Perform document reviews and collect medical updates • Manage donor and offspring medical updates and coordinate routine donor testing • Participate in team meetings and performance/quality improvement projects • Complete other duties to support the Reproductive Genetics team as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of and proficiency in MS Word and Excel • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High level of interpersonal skills to interact with clients, donor, peers and management • Strong attention to detail in composing and proofing materials • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to work independently on daily tasks as well as in a group/collaborative environment • 3 years prior experience which include 2 years professional education and 1 year, or more, of relevant genetic counseling work experience • Master's degree from an accredited genetic counseling program • Board-certified with the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) • Holds or able to obtain genetic counseling license in appropriate states, if applicable
