• Recruit, train, and continuously develop a high-performing team of field sales representatives • Ensure achievement of team and individual sales targets through strategic leadership and targeted performance management • Analyze market conditions and share relevant trends or events that may impact sales performance • Support planning and execution of key trade fairs and industry events • Work closely with national account teams, marketing, customer service, and professional services to foster long-term partnerships • Contribute to the development of business plans aligned with marketing strategy and corporate objectives • Complete regular joint field visits to actively support the team and implement best practices
• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study • At least 5 years of experience in leading and developing successful sales teams, ideally in a B2B environment • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce • Fluent German and good English language skills
