📋 Description

• Responsible for stakeholder management and establishing audience-appropriate reporting at team, ART, and management levels • Support the management of backlogs, priorities, scope, and outcomes within an agile DevSecOps environment • Ensure transparency regarding progress, delivery capability, quality, capacity, and dependencies • Support and facilitate PI Planning, iteration planning, and continuous backlog management • Establish and continuously improve risk, quality, and change management processes • Ensure compliance with security, compliance, and quality requirements throughout delivery and development processes

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in ICT project management or supporting PMO/EPIC Owners in large-scale agile projects • In-depth knowledge of SAFe, DevSecOps, and modern delivery and governance processes • Experience in stakeholder management and preparing and managing management reporting • Practical experience in risk, quality, and change management within complex project environments • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with a high degree of personal responsibility • Very good command of German • An impeccable record is mandatory
