📋 Description

• Actively participate in day-to-day operations to gain an in-depth understanding of existing processes, systems, and challenges • Analyze, structure, and document existing workflows and work processes • Identify and prioritize manual, repetitive, and automatable tasks • Develop and implement appropriate automation and AI solutions • Integrate new solutions into existing processes and systems • Analyze and measure the resulting efficiency improvements and workload reductions • Continuously develop and optimize existing workflows • Document the solutions developed and implemented • Ensure knowledge transfer within the team • Collaborate and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Automation Specialist, or in a comparable role • Knowledge of or practical experience with ServiceNow • Good knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management • Knowledge of SIAM (Service Integration and Management) • Experience or in-depth knowledge in automation and the use of AI • Experience analyzing, documenting, and optimizing existing business and IT processes • Ability to identify manual and repetitive workflows and derive suitable opportunities for improvement • Willingness to actively engage in day-to-day operations and gain practical knowledge of existing processes • Strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style • Good communication and coordination skills • Experience integrating automation or AI solutions into existing system landscapes is an advantage • Experience with process optimization and measuring efficiency improvements is an advantage • Fluent in German and English
