📋 Description

• Provide Technical Support for the full Copeland product portfolio to AC OEMs • Proactively interact with cross functional teams including Product Engineering, Customer Service, Quality, Sales and Operations • Act as a liaison between the customer and Copeland’s product engineering • Development of Application Profiles • Customer Training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering • Strong HVAC background including chillers, heat pumps and air handlers • Knowledge of compression systems including scroll, screw and centrifugal technologies • Understanding of electronic control systems for chillers and heat pumps, building management systems (BMS) is desirable • Excellent presentation skills • Customer focus • Spanish and English proficiency
