📋 Description

• Facilitate group therapy and conduct individual (1:1) sessions. • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy. • Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans, as necessary. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive care. • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews. • Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues. • Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be independently licensed as a therapist in the state of Massachusetts (LICSW, LCMHC). • Highly preferred 3 years post independent licensure experience. • Seeking experience in IOP/PHP settings. • A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. • Valid Massachusetts independent licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent. • Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
