COPA - The Colorado Providers Association is a member-focused organization dedicated to advocating for behavioral health and substance use care for the residents of Colorado. The association strives to elevate the voices of prevention, treatment, and recovery providers to ensure equitable access to care and improve outcomes for individuals facing substance use disorders and related behavioral health needs. 📋 Description

• Translate complex clinical and operational content into high-quality, effective learning • Build a scalable, intuitive learning system within Docebo • Execute a 2-year Docebo build and L&D transformation plan • Focus on instructional design and curriculum development supported by learning experience (UX) thinking • Own how learning is built, structured, and experienced across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, and UX • Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) • Fluency across a variety of LMS systems, ideally with Dochebo • Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) • Experience designing scenario-based learning or case-based training • Proven cross-collaborator, skilled in relationship building and working with subject matter experts (SMEs) • Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable learning
