📋 Description
• Assist with site visits to collect measurements, photos, and project details • Support the analysis of labor, materials, and timelines for project estimates • Help track costs and flag differences between projected and actual figures • Learn to prepare professional reports and data entries in estimating tools • Gain exposure to industry software like Xactimate, Bluebeam Revu, and project scheduling tools
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in civil / mechanical / structural engineering, construction management, or related field • Past construction or risk management internship experience preferred • Strong analytical, communication and technical reading skills • Advanced Excel skills; Xactimate/scheduling software experience preferred • Willingness to travel (~30%), meet the physical requirements, and work in varied field conditions
