Coral Care is an in-home pediatric therapy provider that connects licensed speech-language pathologists (SLPs), occupational therapists (OTs), and physical therapists (PTs) with children and families. They deliver speech, occupational, and physical therapy plus specialized support for autism and ADHD, coordinate with partners (schools, pediatricians, ABA and EI centers), offer insurance-friendly care (in-network, often zero out-of-pocket), and provide family resources such as developmental guides and a free screener.

📋 Description

• Support providers through clinical questions, complex cases, and documentation • Help monitor clinical quality and surface the trends that make care better • Build and maintain clinical resources providers actually reach for • Own the operational workstreams that keep the clinical function running at scale • Partner with clinical leadership on the initiatives, communications, and infrastructure that move us forward

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of pediatric clinical experience as a licensed SLP or OT • Hands-on operating experience at a fast-growing startup, ideally in digital health, across operations, clinical operations, or project management • A track record of bringing clinical training into a non-clinical, fast-moving environment and making both sides better for it • Experience mentoring or supporting other clinicians, preferred • Background in home-based, early intervention, or outpatient pediatrics, preferred
