📋 Description

• Achieve sales targets in units and revenue within the assigned portfolio • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and drive sustainable growth through distributor partnerships • Address customer needs and develop relationships with physicians and hospital leaders • Manage and develop key accounts through account plans • Provide pre-operative, intraoperative and post-operative product support in cardiac surgery • Raise awareness of customer trends and inform the Sales Manager/Commercial Director • Comply with the Code of Ethics and enforce company policies and procedures • Propose sales targets and strategies to management • Drive continuous sales growth through planning and execution • Represent the company through customer visits, trade shows, congresses, local meetings, and surgeon plant visits • Execute product launches and promotional activities with distributors • Manage regional bidding processes and competitive positioning • Conduct market analysis and report to management • Liaise with Medical Affairs on virtual proctor- and preceptorships • Collaborate across functions to maximize business opportunities within approved spending limits • Maintain accurate and current data in the Corcym Customer Platform (CCP) • Provide monthly sales, expense, account profile, and other required reports • Become a Perceval Clinical Trainer (PCT), where applicable, and support cardiac surgeons in the operating theatre • Develop and maintain distributor relationships • Serve as liaison between Corcym, cardiac surgeons, and distributors • Implement and oversee distributor performance reporting, reviews, and forecasting • Represent corporate values and vision in the assigned geography • Communicate across all organizational levels • Perform other duties consistent with the function as required

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in the medical device industry, preferably in cardiac surgery or heart valves • Strong selling and marketing capabilities • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills • Advanced negotiation and influencing abilities • High proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus • Deep understanding of distributor dynamics and market development • Minimum 3+ years in sales, marketing, or related roles within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry • Experience in managing distributors is a pre • Experience in cardiac surgery or heart valve products is highly preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Medicine, or a related field
