📋 Description

• Continuously drive sales growth in Tianjin, Beijing, and Shandong and achieve sales targets • Manage KOLs and provide professional technical support to specific accounts to ensure required in-market sales • Manage accounts and provide timely, comprehensive field market information to the relevant management team • Work with distributors to support order placements based on regional sales targets and phasing forecasts, and maintain reasonable channel inventories • Ensure execution of sales strategy and business planning

🎯 Requirements

• Base in Tianjin, available to travel (>50%) • Medical Device industry experience is a must • Customer focused with proven strategic selling and marketing skills • Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills • Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills • Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and work independently • Must be able to collaborate in team environment • Bachelor's Degree in Medical, Clinical, Marketing, or Business Administration
