📋 Description

• Provide overall project oversight for electric transmission, distribution and substation infrastructure projects. • Lead coordination and performance monitoring across project teams. • Manage project plans, program budgets, schedule, resource planning, and portfolio risk mitigation strategies. • Collaborate with client stakeholders to align project priorities and resolve escalated issues. • Acts as a utilities subject matter expert while supporting and driving regional business development initiatives. • Identify, monitor, and assess project risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing corrective actions as necessary. • Assigns tasks, sets priorities, and monitors progress to ensure project milestones are met. • Track and report on key metrics such as cost, schedule performance, and project readiness. • Develops and maintains accurate documentation, including program procedural documents and project specific documentation such as contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders. • Identify process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and mitigate wildfire risk. • Identifies opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost savings. • Ensure compliance with utility standards, regulatory mandates, and public safety requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in the Electric utility sector required • Direct experience managing Electric substation, transmission, and distribution infrastructure projects required • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred • PMP certification or equivalent training preferred • Advanced knowledge of electric utility construction methods, permitting processes, and regulatory environments • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills • Proficiency using Primavera P6, Power BI, MS Project, SAP, and portfolio reporting tools • Proficiency using the Microsoft office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
