📋 Description

• Partner with executive team, internal stakeholders, and customers to define product roadmap • Drive the productization of AI models, focusing on delivering high-quality AI products • Improve decision velocity and outline best practice product requirements • Launch new products in a unified strategy using product usage data • Understand decisions required to stay ahead of market competitors • Ensure products adhere to international standards for Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) • Manage multi-product portfolio by balancing resource allocation • Communicate product strategies and outcomes to CEO and Board

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management or Strategy leadership • at least 5 years managing high-performing teams and multi-product portfolios ($20M+ ARR) in healthcare SaaS industry • Deep understanding of the agile product lifecycle • Familiarity with healthcare-specific regulations (HIPAA) and interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR • strong mentorship skills • Must have ability to design and deploy AI-powered workflows that perform reliably • comfortable in Python, SQL, and API-based integrations • experience developing and deploying AI projects and/or agents to streamline business operations
