• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for industrial automation and test & measurement solutions • Identify and secure new business opportunities across EV, automotive, electronics, and manufacturing sectors • Engage CXOs, technical stakeholders, and procurement leaders to understand requirements and position tailored solutions • Lead pre-sales efforts including discovery meetings, solution presentations, and technical demonstrations • Collaborate with engineering teams on proposal development and project handovers • Manage CRM pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and meet defined sales targets • Build long-term client partnerships to drive repeat and referral business • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (ECE / EEE / Mechatronics / Instrumentation preferred) • 8–10 years of experience in B2B technical sales within industrial automation, hardware solutions, data acquisition systems, or test & measurement • Strong understanding of automation platforms and hardware-driven engineering systems • Proven track record managing long enterprise sales cycles • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Existing industry network within EV, automotive, or electronics sectors preferred • Willingness to travel for client meetings (including monthly visit to Coimbatore) • Immediate joiners strongly preferred
