📋 Description

• Maintain accurate financial records across various entities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. • Prepare journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and financial statements. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Support the Controller in preparing reports for senior management and stakeholders. • Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure regulatory compliance. • Provide assistance with accounts payable and receivable processes. • Contribute to process improvements and implement best practices for accounting operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within the real estate industry. • Proficiency with Yardi or comparable real‑estate accounting software is required. • Familiarity working with multiple entities and intercompany transactions. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
