📋 Description

• Draft, review, and manage sensitive legal documents and correspondences, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. • Perform in-depth legal research and case-specific analyses, providing actionable insights to enhance case strategy and execution. • Facilitate and maintain effective, empathetic, and clear communication channels with clients and other stakeholders to manage expectations and keep all parties informed. • Coordinate case activities, including scheduling, filings, and compliance checks, to ensure seamless progress and adherence to timelines. • Identify potential case issues and collaborate with legal teams to devise effective solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field. • Complete fluency in both English and Spanish, capable of professional legal communication in both languages. • Relevant experience in legal case management, with a proven track record of handling complex cases efficiently. • Advanced Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously without compromising detail or deadlines. • Strong Analytical Abilities: Exceptional ability to analyze legal documents and case data to support strategic decision-making. • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in legal case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
