📋 Description
• Draft Demand Letters: Prepare persuasive demand letters that outline liability, damages, and settlement terms based on case details. • Case Management: Handle the organization and management of pre-litigation cases, including reviewing medical records and accident reports. • Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance companies and other involved parties to ensure optimal settlements. • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the case. • Legal Research: Conduct research to ensure accurate and legally sound documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience in pre-litigation case management or demand writing, with a focus on personal injury law • Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in AI tools • Must be based in the Philippines and able to work the night shift schedule.
