• Manage a caseload of learners, building trusted relationships through structured coaching • Deliver engaging one-to-one sessions and workshops • Create an inclusive, psychologically safe learning environment • Support learners to apply core business analysis practices • Guide learners to use AI tools thoughtfully and responsibly
🎯 Requirements
• Practical experience in a Business Analyst, Business Change, or related role • Strong understanding of business analysis practices • Confidence in using AI enabled tools • Understanding of how agentic AI and automation can support business analysis and change initiatives • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AI enabled tools
