• Execute strategic initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and market share across the Great Lakes region • Mentor and support District Sales Managers through regular coaching, customer engagement, pricing support, and market development • Support key opportunities, pricing strategy, and project management initiatives to maximize regional performance • Strengthen relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and key customers while supporting teams through complex customer situations • Partner with estimating, engineering, operations, and sales excellence teams to support successful project execution • Spend time in-market alongside District Sales Managers helping drive strategy, customer engagement, and sales execution • Build a strong regional culture while coaching and developing high-performing talent • Operate as a collaborative, hands-on leader willing to roll up your sleeves and support the business where needed
• 8–10+ years of sales experience within pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) • 3+ years of sales leadership experience preferred • Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams across large territories • Strong business acumen with experience supporting pricing strategy and complex project opportunities • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills • Ability to navigate customer escalations and support key strategic accounts • Collaborative leadership style with a strong culture fit and long-term mindset • Approximately 40–50% travel, including periodic overnight stays throughout the territory
