📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI • Create, maintain, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards, including Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and dashboard solutions • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on hiring analytics, workforce reporting, and operational insights • Write and optimize basic to intermediate DAX queries for data modeling and reporting • Analyze recruitment and HR data, including hiring metrics, funnel analytics, TAT, and sourcing effectiveness • Build and maintain MIS reports for weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc leadership reviews • Work with large datasets using Advanced Excel • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across ATS, HRMS, and other data sources • Identify reporting needs and insights with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders • Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency • Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to improve hiring outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Analysis / MIS / Reporting roles • Hands-on experience with Power BI (mandatory) • Basic to intermediate DAX • Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, and data cleansing • Workday Reporting, including Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and Calculated Fields • Experience extracting, validating, and analyzing data from Workday HCM • Experience working with HR, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition data (preferred) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
