📋 Description

• Train client accounting staff on KeyStone functionality. • Support credit unions in balancing of clearing/suspense accounts. • Build financial statements. • Serve as a remote resource, on-site as needed during conversion week. • Work with the client and mentor to understand existing functionality and processes. • Consult with clients to configure existing processes to KeyStone. • Prepare the client for the GL conversion process. • Assist client through the conversion process and provide training and support during and post-conversion. • Work with clients on table mapping to the new GL chart of Accounts, GL Accrual types, A/P Vendors, Invoice Types, Work Queues. • Provide guidance in setting up batch jobs for all GL related functions. • Understand and practice basic concepts of database setup requiring GL Information. • Train via Web-ex on KeyStone’s General Ledger product. • Travel on-site for GL Conversion and support as needed. • Maintain effective communication with clients and team members throughout the conversion process. • Identify potential issues and ensure proper resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of related experience. • Credit Union/Banking experience is preferred. • A college degree in accounting preferred or multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training.
