📋 Description

• Utilize programming skills to create systems that improve product quality and increase productivity of cross-organizational teams. • Knowledge of Python, SQL, and other scripting languages. • Experience with the full software development lifecycle including gathering requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment. • Fundamental understanding of Agile/Scrum and agile tools such as JIRA. • Track release milestones of major and incremental releases. • Maintain, create, and configure JIRA to support value streams. • Establish milestones for necessary contributions from departments and develop processes to facilitate their collaboration. • Assist development teams with source code management utilizing internal source code application as well as standards such as Git and Bitbucket. • Improve upon the application build process utilizing continuous process improvement, automation, and deployment methods. • Assist with vulnerabilities identified via tools such as penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and vendor/client feedback. • Mentor and train development team members throughout the company and seek to continually improve processes companywide. • Analyze current technology and tools utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Three years to five years of similar or related experience. • A college degree (non-technical discipline) or multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training.
