📋 Description
• Responsible for product planning, database configuration, development specification, client testing of third-party interfaces through the conversion process to the KeyStone application • Capturing and understanding the products and services offered by the client • Understanding and practicing basic concepts of database set up and interface functionality • Assisting third-parties and clients with integration • Ensuring all client interfaces are set up and tested successfully within established timeframes • Interacting with clients and third-party vendors with professionalism and diplomacy • Tracking interface development JIRAs to ensure timely completion and delivery to client • Maintaining all JIRA tickets with current status • Following established team procedures • Performing other job-related duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• College degree or multi-craft skills acquired through on-the-job training • At least one year of experience working for financial institutions, or a similar software company • Extensive back office experience while working for a credit union or other financial institution
