📋 Description

• Lead Instructors are responsible for delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction. • Conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content for 100 to 8,000+ diverse learners. • Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions and monitor class dynamics. • Collaborate closely with operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery. • Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Persona: A Senior Engineer or Tech Lead who thrives on 'live-fire' debugging and mentoring rather than prepared lectures. Enjoys teaching total beginners, likes gamification and non-linear lesson progressions. • Core Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, Linux. • Highly knowledgeable in best engineering practices and heuristics. • Mastery of Red/Green TDD (Test-Driven Development) and Git/GitHub (Branching, PRs, Actions). • Experience with Gemini CLI and Google AI Studio. • Hands-on experience with Docker, Cloudflare, and Google Cloud Run. • Instructional Style: • Comfortable running gamified 'Missions' or 'Simulations'. • Ability to conduct rigorous Oral Defenses of student code. • Charismatic, fun, approachable.
