⢠Build and ship features and services within your team's architecture ⢠Help migrate rapidly-prototyped applications into production-grade, well-architected cloud services ⢠Take on development tasks that carry some ambiguity, asking good questions to close the gaps ⢠Participate in code reviews and uphold the team's standards for engineering and operational excellence ⢠Write, review, and update technical documentation ⢠Collaborate across the team to deliver quality work at a steady pace
đŻ Requirements
⢠2-3 years of professional software development experience (ready to own meaningful work with minimal guidance) ⢠Proficiency in at least one modern language such as Python or Java ⢠Comfortable working with relational databases (we use Postgres) ⢠Familiarity with version control, code review, and automated testing as part of normal delivery ⢠Strong communication skills, especially in a remote, async-friendly team
