📋 Description
• Deliver live, virtual instruction to large groups of learners (100 to 8,000+) • Conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content • Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions • Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery • Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement • Interact professionally with learners and staff • Maintain a high level of courtesy and respect • Prepare diligently for lectures to ensure high-quality content • Adjust lesson pace and presentation to meet diverse learner needs • Provide thoughtful answers and assistance to learners throughout the lesson
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual Proficiency in German and English (for Machine Learning Data Associate 1) • Strong conceptual understanding of the ML lifecycle and foundation model workflows • Hands-on experience performing or leading labeling/QA workflows across text, image/video, and speech/audio • Demonstrated ability to teach and enforce SOP-driven execution standards • Expert-level precision in writing structured rationales • Apply complex QA rubrics and root-cause analysis techniques • Ability to teach bias awareness, transparency norms, and data handling expectations • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, live virtual instruction • Experience assisting in the design and refinement of technical lessons • Demonstrated ability to adjust lesson pacing and presentation
