📋 Description

• Assist with preparation and launch of training programs, including application management, instructional staff hiring, cross-functional collaboration, and client communication • Collaborate with Product and Operations on business operations for data science and data analytics training programs • Troubleshoot learner needs and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner • Perform anecdotal and statistical analysis of product data to uncover actionable insights across distribution channels, geographies, and client segments • Support learners with technical issues and other challenges • Facilitate live online lectures by managing chat, coordinating with instructors and teaching assistants, executing program flow, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing recordings, transitions, breaks, and session logistics • Complete ad hoc projects related to training programs • Collaborate with internal teams to assess and test new products and build growth strategies • Manage live class operations on Saturdays, with a weekly compensatory day off

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role • Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders in English (written and spoken) • Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with large audiences and varying levels of English language proficiency • Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision • Proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a quick learner • Strong customer service ethic, with experience supporting relationships with individuals and clients • Problem solver able to diagnose issues quickly, choose practical next steps, and judge when to solve or escalate an issue • Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel • Familiarity with Slack and Zoom strongly preferred • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET, with occasional required Saturday work
