📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze online content for infringements • Carry out online enforcement for protection of intellectual property rights • Conduct status checking for enforced online content • Handle pushbacks from platforms and escalate as necessary • Maintain accurate enforcement records and data • Collect, collate, research and analyze data to identify infringement trends • Provide insights into the scale of the infringement landscape and make recommendations • Support Client Coordinators with client enquiries • Attend and participate in client meetings • Contribute to the knowledge pool of the team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in online brand protection and/or intellectual property • Fluent French language skills • Strong verbal and written English • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, both verbal and written • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong data analytical skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Detail-oriented and driven to deliver high-quality client services • Hardworking and self-motivated individual • Energetic and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-growing, agile environment • Tech savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet tools • Client-facing experience is desirable.
