📋 Description

• Build and maintain data pipelines and reporting systems using SQL. • Design scalable, efficient data structures that bring clarity to complex business problems. • Partner with internal stakeholders—both technical and non-technical—to understand data needs and deliver actionable solutions. • Write, review, and refine code to ensure every release is clean, stable, and production-ready. • Share your expertise and foster a culture of learning through collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and best practices. • Jump in on other data projects as needed—your ideas and initiative are always welcome.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Microsoft SQL—including complex queries, table partitioning, joins, subqueries, aggregates, ranking, and stored procedures—with a knack for query optimization. • Hands-on experience working with data in both batch and real-time systems. • Solid understanding of relational DBMS and NoSQL data stores. • Working knowledge of at least one OOP language—Python, PHP, C#, JavaScript, or Java. • Familiarity with the QA process for coding reviews. • Experience working with financial or accounting systems and a passion for building secure, efficient data structures. • A problem-solver’s mindset—you don’t just spot issues, you fix them elegantly. • Strong communication skills and an ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams. • Proven ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment where outcomes matter most.
