📋 Description

• Collaborate on FinOps projects with colleagues to make our clients' cloud usage more efficient and sustainable • Develop technical solutions for common FinOps challenges (e.g., tagging, cloud service policies) • Analyze clients' cloud environments to identify optimization potential across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services • Automate FinOps processes to improve cost allocation, reporting, and optimization • Use communication skills to interact with stakeholders from platform, product, and application teams • Develop FinOps playbooks and share knowledge with colleagues • Conduct FinOps training, give conference talks, and write blog posts • Promote development and innovation in the FinOps domain within Reply and the FinOps Foundation • Collaborate on new initiatives such as FinOps for sustainability or Technology Business Management

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in (business) informatics, computer science, computer engineering, or IT management • Business-level English and German (minimum B2) with willingness to travel occasionally • Experience working in agile teams and familiarity with agile project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, initiative, and conflict management abilities • Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility to meet customer needs, and enjoyment of challenges in a dynamic environment • Familiarity with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP; certifications are a plus) • Curiosity to shape our clients' cloud FinOps journey; drive to question existing architectures and propose efficiency improvements • Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform • Intrinsic motivation to advance sustainable and efficient cloud solutions • Current residence in Germany with authorization to work in the country
