• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial agreements • Support contract intake, review, execution, and tracking processes • Identify contractual risks and recommend practical solutions • Conduct legal research and assist with compliance initiatives • Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks • Support dispute resolution, governance matters, and diligence activities
🎯 Requirements
• J.D. from an accredited law school • Active bar membership in good standing • Minimum 3 years of experience with commercial contracts, healthcare, technology, or corporate law • Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
