📋 Description

• Assist attorneys and litigation teams with the day-to-day management of active cases. • Draft, format, and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence. • Maintain and organize electronic case files and litigation documents. • Track court deadlines, hearing dates, and litigation milestones to ensure timely case progression. • Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, clients, experts, and other third parties as needed. • Assist with discovery, including organizing records, preparing responses, and managing document production. • Schedule meetings, depositions, mediations, and other case-related events. • Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and other litigation support materials. • Conduct basic legal and factual research as directed by attorneys. • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located outside of the United States (international candidates only). • Previous experience as a Litigation Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal required. • Experience supporting litigation matters in a law firm environment. • Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court deadlines, and legal documentation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software. • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely full-time.
