⢠Assist attorneys and litigation teams with the day-to-day management of active cases. ⢠Draft, format, and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence. ⢠Maintain and organize electronic case files and litigation documents. ⢠Track court deadlines, hearing dates, and litigation milestones to ensure timely case progression. ⢠Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, clients, experts, and other third parties as needed. ⢠Assist with discovery, including organizing records, preparing responses, and managing document production. ⢠Schedule meetings, depositions, mediations, and other case-related events. ⢠Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and other litigation support materials. ⢠Conduct basic legal and factual research as directed by attorneys. ⢠Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed.
⢠Must be located outside of the United States (international candidates only). ⢠Previous experience as a Litigation Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal required. ⢠Experience supporting litigation matters in a law firm environment. ⢠Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court deadlines, and legal documentation. ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. ⢠Highly organized with strong attention to detail. ⢠Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ⢠Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software. ⢠Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely full-time.
