⢠Onboard and train new pre-litigation staff, including case managers, negotiators, intake specialists, and legal assistants ⢠Develop, maintain, and improve training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow documentation ⢠Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and ongoing skill development ⢠Ensure staff follow firm processes, deadlines, and client communication standards ⢠Train employees on case management systems and best practices ⢠Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and improve operational efficiency ⢠Lead refresher training sessions and continuing education for existing team members ⢠Monitor quality control in case handling, documentation, medical treatment tracking, and settlement preparation ⢠Serve as a resource for team members by answering questions and reinforcing best practices
⢠Minimum of 3+ years of experience in U.S. personal injury pre-litigation ⢠Prior experience training, mentoring, or supervising legal staff is strongly preferred ⢠Thorough understanding of the pre-litigation process, from intake through settlement ⢠Strong knowledge of case management, medical records, treatment coordination, demands, negotiations, and client communication ⢠Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills ⢠Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives ⢠Comfortable using case management software and remote collaboration tools ⢠Passion for developing and supporting high-performing teams
